Playing as a teenage protagonist, you must explore the Fallow, a radioactive wasteland filled with unknown and unspeakable creatures. Your mission is to find a solution to heal the world and transform the barren landscape into a lush source of new life.
However, the journey into the unknown lands comes at a great personal cost, as you expose yourself to gnarly toxins, wreaking havoc on your fragile human form. As you progress, the game twists and mutates you into something less human but more powerful, and the fate of the world depends on you, your trusty bat, and your strange new abilities.
